Hello, I’m Carlos Castillo.
I’m a father of four, a claims adjuster, a tennis coach and a traveller at heart. I’ve lived in different parts of the world and experienced travel from both sides: helping people who have just arrived and being the newcomer myself, with questions, expectations and the occasional surprise.
Claims work taught me to pay attention and solve problems; coaching tennis taught me to listen and adapt to the person in front of me. Travel taught me something just as important: having someone you trust on the ground can completely change a stay. That is why I approach every visit in a direct, practical and personal way, respecting each traveller’s pace and interests.

Travel taught me how to look after the details.
Everyone arrives on the Costa Blanca for a different reason. My job is to understand that reason and help everything else fall into place: the timing, transfers, visits and small details that let you enjoy the experience without having to manage it all.
